Creamfields is quickly approaching and we are asking for volunteers to assist and also for donations of Jammy Dodgers biscuits. We give these biscuits away to symbolise sharing God’s love.

The leaving service for Revd Andy Moffoot, Superintendent, and Deacon Helen Coleman is at Prescot and Whiston Methodist Church on 5^th July 2026 at 10:30am.  The service will be led by Revd Caroline Ainger, Mission Area Lead for the Liverpool Plus area.

All are welcome, and lunch will be provided afterwards.  Please see our church stewards for a map to the local car parks, in the last few days.  For those who cannot attend in person, the service will be live streamed.

I had the privilege of a sneak preview of the material and was involved in its launch at the Methodist Superintendents Conference in Blackpool—and I can honestly say it’s engaging, relevant, and full of rich opportunity for conversation and growth. It’s been carefully shaped to speak into real life, and I’m genuinely excited about what it could offer across our Churches, Circuits and Districts.

We will be handing out Chocolates within the village next Saturday 20th to help celebrate Father’s Day.
