For your consideration and prayers

The circuit is asking if its possible for Sunday service in all churches start at 10.30am.
Due to the shortage in the number of ministers some churches from October may struggle to hold a service. The idea is that if all churches can start their service at the same time then some churches will be able to livestream their minister lead service to other churches on a rotational basis.

Linda asks that we think about this question and please discuss it further with her and provide your thoughts and feedback.

Oberammergau 2022

Rev David Easton is leading a party of travellers from the Sankey Valley Methodist Circuit to the Oberammergau pilgrimage of 2022 (delayed from 2020). We fly from Manchester very early on the morning of 20th July and return on the afternoon of 27th July. I understand that covid requirements now require only proof of vaccination and we are not required to show negative lateral flow or pcr results. A valid passport showing an expiry date longer than February 2023 is required. We will be staying at a hotel in Stobl, Austria  until Monday 25th July and then going to Oberammergau for the Passion Play before returning from Munich to Manchester on Wednesday 27th July.
