Derek Hubbard

Derek Hubbard funeral will be at Latchford on Wednesday 7th May at 11.45 in church followed by his burial at Fox Covert at 1pm before returning to Latchford for refreshments.

If you are unable to travel to Fox Covert then the family would really appreciate if you could stay in church for the refreshments and help celebrate Derek’s life.

Our Defibrillator battery updated

Thanks to grants and support from Warrington Borough Council community initiative fund, AED Donate and Tesco Bags for life we installed a public defibrillator in May 2021 outside the church hall doors for use by anyone in the area.

During these four years the defibrillator was twice called upon but ultimately not required for either emergency.

The defibrillator battery has a shelf life of four years and so we have recently replaced the battery to help protect our community way into 2029.
