Our Christmas tree service will be on 8th December. Please bring any gifts or unwrapped toys so they can be placed under the tree. The gifts are for children and young people and families who use foodbank and are struggling when it comes to buying gifts. All children should receive a gift at Christmas.
The post box will be out next Sunday for anyone wishing to send Christmas cards to church family members only. Please mark their full name on the envelope.
The cards will be ready for collection on Sunday 15th December
A huge thank you to everyone because so far we have raised over £350 from Saturday’s Christmas stalls. We are still counting and this does not include the money from the brunch.
If you have ordered any church 130th year anniversary items then please don’t forget to pick your pre-ordered items up from Barbara.
Our service on December 29th will be led by our Worship Leaders. It will still be the Christmas season but we will also be looking forward to Epiphany and the new year.
We are asking for suggestions for hymns, songs, readings, images or poems published or your own then please pass them into our worship leaders or submit them via our website, youtube commands or facebook pages within the next two weeks.

Due to the Ladies Tour of Britain Cycle race a lot of roads throughout Warrington and around our village will be closed making access to the Church very difficult for anyone attempting to access the church on SATURDAY.

A big thank you from New Song and ourselves to everyone who donated Easter Eggs for the Childrens Adventure trust based in Knutsford. We collected 65 eggs which will be used to look after over 2,000 Sick, disabled, vulnerable and special needs children during Easter.

Issues with the Church Internet connection prevented our Remembrance Sunday Service from being streamed live. However, we did record the service. The recording has now been uploaded to both our youtube and facebook pages.

18th November-7:00pm – Advance notice of the return of the popular New Song Quiz Night, with quizmaster Simon Chesterson: Taking place at Grappenhall Ex Servicemen’s Club, Chester Road.
Tickets are £10 and £5 for Children, this includes a Two Course Meal, Vegan and Gluten Free options are available. Tickets are available from Kit Heald, Lifts can be arranged if required.
As usual we will be distributing angels around Latchford just before Christmas and we would like to ask for your help in knitting them. In the hall you will find patterns on the table by the door into church and there is also a big bag of wool if you need some. The angels will be needed by Sunday 3rd December so there is time to attach labels onto them and a bag will be put out for the finished angels.
